To ensure safe delivery of your items, we send all parcels via Royal Mail or Parcelforce using either 2nd class standard or a tracked 48 hour service, depending on the value of your order.  The tracked service does mean postage costs are sometimes higher, but as all our items are handmade and very special to us, we would hate for anything to go missing or be damaged.  All parcels are sent well packaged to avoid damage.  In the unlikely event that your item(s) arrive in an unsatisfactory condition, please contact us urgently so we can investigate.

Our delivery charges are based on the weight of your order.  In stock items are usually dispatched within 48 hours of the order being placed.  Please see specific delivery prices and lead times below.  Postal costs are based on the total weight of your order.  As a small business, unfortunately we are unable to offer free delivery, although on sale items and at certain times we do offer this as a special incentive.

£2 - Orders under 160g (ie. Single pocket mirrors / greeting cards / wrap)

£3 - Orders up to 500g in weight

£5 - Orders up to 2kg in weight

£9 - Orders up to 20kg in weight, including those with heavy or bulky items such as placemat sets


IMPORTANT: Orders including lampshades and cushions - Due to the fact that these bespoke items are not printed and made in our studio, your order may arrive in separate packages and on different dates.  If you have any questions regarding this or anything else, please send an email to to discuss before placing your order.  

As these items are posted direct from the manufacturer, we have included the shipping cost in the selling price, so no shipping charge will be added unless your order also includes other items listed below


Fine Art Prints - Approximate time before dispatch is 2-4 working days.  Usually posted using a 24 or 48 hour delivery service.

Cushions and Lampshades - Due to the nature of bespoke lampshades and cushion orders, delivery will take between 5 to 6 weeks from confirmation of order (depending on the date of the month your order is placed and when the next print run is).  Should you require a swifter turnaround time please email us at to discuss and we will do our utmost to meet your needs.

Stock items - Cards & Wrap, Melamine Placemats, Coasters and Chopping Boards, Cosmetic Bags, Aprons and Tea Towels - Usually dispatched within 2-3 working days.

Personalised Art Prints - We aim to send a first proof within 3-4 working days.  After approval of the proof and any changes have been made and approved, we aim to print and post within 2-3 days, although usually this will be quicker.  Ideally, please allow 14 days if your order is for a gift.  Again, please contact us if you need your item faster and we will do our best to help.


We now offer international shipping.  Prices start at £10 and vary by both location and order weight.  We use a tracked service for your peace of mind, this isn't the cheapest option but it is the safest. Our website will calculate shipping costs at the checkout stage.  If you experience any issues with this please let us know by emailing  We are also happy to post to an Aramex / Shop and Ship address if the postal service in your location is unreliable.
IMPORTANT:  Customers will be responsible for any import duties and local taxes.


We try to be as environmentally friendly as possible.  We only use cardboard packaging and paper / cardboard envelopes.  Our swing tags contain no plastic and our coasters are packed in recycled cardboard boxes.  Our greeting cards are packed in compostable cellophane sleeves.  Unfortunately we are yet to find a better alternative to bubble wrap and cellophane for safely transporting our lampshades, but we ask kindly that you please try to recycle or reuse any plastic packaging you may receive.
