英国配送

英国での注文には、Royal Mail Tracked 48 (£4.50) または Royal Mail Tracked 24 (£6.95) のオプションがあります。

当社のパッケージと環境

弊社はできる限り環境に優しいことを心がけています。段ボールの梱包と紙/段ボールの封筒のみを使用し、茶色の紙テープと白いティッシュペーパーを使用しています。コースターはリサイクル可能なカードボックスに梱包されています。グリーティングカードはプラスチックフリーのタブまたは堆肥化可能なセロハンスリーブで梱包されています。受け取ったプラスチックの梱包はリサイクルまたは再利用してください。それ以外の場合はリサイクルしてください。卸売りまたは大量注文は、弊社が受け取った注文から再利用した梱包で発送されることがよくあります。外側はきれいではないかもしれませんが、中身の商品は素晴らしいものになることを保証します:)大量注文の場合はプチプチなどを再利用することがありますが、これは当社のプラスチックフリールールの唯一の例外です。
Do you accept returns?

Our top priority is customer satisfaction, and we strive to offer high-quality products with a smooth shopping experience. However, if you don’t absolutely love your Bean and Bemble purchase, you can return it within 14 days of receipt. In the rare case that your phone cover has a fault, please contact us, and we will promptly arrange for a replacement. We cannot accept returns if you have ordered the wrong size, so please check carefully before ordering. Read more about our return policy here.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning unwanted items and these costs are non-refundable.
