Bean and Bemble products are stocked either in our West Yorkshire Studio, or handmade to order locally*.  We are a small team and work as hard as we can to dispatch your order as quickly as possible.

LEAD TIMES

Stock items - Most products are in stock in our West Yorkshire studio.  These items are usually dispatched the same or next working day.

*Made to order items - Lead times will be stated on individual product pages in the "Shipping Information" dropdown.  Made to order products such as Art Prints and Phone Cases are made to order in the country closest to the customer.  For these items, we have manufacturing facilities not only in the UK, but also in the US, EU and Australia, ensuring no customs fees and a more eco-friendly process.

We send all orders* via a TRACKED service, ensuring both you and us have peace of mind that your order will arrive safely and on time.

Free UK Delivery on Orders Over £100

Enjoy free standard UK delivery with Royal Mail Tracked 48 on all orders over £100.

Please note: Your basket total must be £100 or more after any discount codes have been applied to qualify for free delivery.

UK Orders Under £100 – Delivery Options

For UK orders under £100, the following Royal Mail Tracked delivery options are available:

  • Royal Mail Tracked 48 – £2.95 to £3.95 (price varies by parcel weight)
  • Royal Mail Tracked 24 – £7.95

GREETING CARDS – Reduced UK Shipping

A reduced shipping rate of £1.50 applies to very small, lightweight UK orders, such as a single greeting card. These will be sent via Royal Mail Second Class post, which may take several days to arrive.

If you need your card sooner, please select one of our faster delivery options at checkout:

  • Tracked card postage – £2.95 (Royal Mail Tracked 48 – 3-4 working days)
  • Express card postage – £3.95 (Royal Mail Tracked 24 – 1-2 working days)

Processing & Delivery Times

We aim to ship UK orders within 1-2 working days after your order is placed.

All standard UK deliveries will be sent Royal Mail Tracked and can typically be expected within:

  • 2-3 business days (Royal Mail Tracked 48)
  • 1-2 business days (Royal Mail Tracked 24)

A dispatch confirmation email will be sent once your order has been shipped.

If you need your order urgently, please contact us before placing your order, and we will do our best to accommodate a same-day dispatch.


MADE TO ORDER ITEMS

Some of our products, such as mobile phone cases and art prints, are made to order.

Please check the individual product pages for specific lead times and shipping details, as these items may take longer to dispatch.

 


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (Deliveries outside the United Kingdom)

IMPORTANT:  Customers will be responsible for any import duties and local taxes.

International postal charges start at £10 and vary by both location and order weight.  We use a combination of Royal Mail and UPS for overseas orders, this will be chose based on the order weight and value.  We always use a tracked service for your peace of mind, this isn't the cheapest option but it is the safest.  Our website will calculate shipping costs at the checkout stage.  If you experience any issues with this please let us know by emailing hello@beanandbemble.com.  We are also happy to post to an Aramex / Shop and Ship address if the postal service in your location is unreliable.


SHIPPING TO EUROPE

Sadly, due to issues with GDPR and import charges, we have temporarily turned off European shipping.


OUR PACKAGING AND THE ENVIRONMENT

We try to be as environmentally friendly as possible.  We only use cardboard packaging and paper / cardboard envelopes, with brown paper tape and white tissue paper.  Our coasters are packed in recyclable card boxes.  Our greeting cards are packed with either a plastic free tab, or in compostable cellophane sleeves.  We ask kindly that you please try to recycle or reuse any plastic packaging you may receive, or otherwise please recycle it.  Wholesale or bulkier orders will often be dispatched in packaging reused from orders we receive ourselves.  They may not be pretty on the outside, but we ensure you that the products inside will be gorgeous :)   Sometimes we will reused bubblewrap etc for larger orders, but this is the only exception to our plastic free rule.
Do you accept returns?

Our top priority is customer satisfaction, and we strive to offer high-quality products with a smooth shopping experience. However, if you don’t absolutely love your Bean and Bemble purchase, you can return it within 14 days of receipt. In the rare case that your phone cover has a fault, please contact us, and we will promptly arrange for a replacement. We cannot accept returns if you have ordered the wrong size, so please check carefully before ordering. Read more about our return policy here.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning unwanted items and these costs are non-refundable.
