In 2025, Michelle’s brother, Simon Kershaw — a skilled bench joiner with a lifelong passion for woodworking and home interiors — joined Bean & Bemble. Together, they now offer a bespoke collection of handcrafted dining tables, table tops, benches and legs designed to complement our colourful homeware ranges.
Each piece is made with care using high-quality materials. Our solid wood table tops are expertly crafted in Portugal and feature Simon’s distinctive layered core construction for lasting durability and performance. The steel legs are made here in the UK by a fellow small business, ensuring strength, style, and exceptional quality.
Available in a range of wood finishes and sizes, our tables and benches are designed to fit effortlessly into your home — timeless, practical, and made to be lived with and loved for years to come.
