Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:


Our outdoor cushions are “Handmade to Order”.  Because of this they are non-returnable unless faulty.  If you are concerned about colour matching or quality, please contact us to discuss this before placing your order.  We cannot guarantee products will look exactly as you see on screen due to screen / colour calibration differences.



Both ourselves and our manufacturers inspect all our products thoroughly before dispatch and have high quality control.  However, if you have received your order and an item is faulty or appears to have been damaged in transit, please contact us within 14 working days of receiving the item so we can arrange for a replacement.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you think you may need to exchange something for the same item, please send us an email at so we can discuss this further.
